Linde is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Marysville, MI.

Responsibilities

• Draft Product Supply Agreements, provide Quotes/RFQ's, as requested

• Contract price management and entry, pricing dispute resolution, update pricing, fees, surcharges

• Assist in researching/pulling invoices and POD's, generate usage reports

• Monitor Blanket Purchase Orders

• Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information

• Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems

• Solves a range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner

• Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs

• Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track and report customer information as needed

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Prior Customer Excellence Center experience is preferred

• Microsoft Excel skills are preferred

• Microsoft Word skills are preferred

• Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, have the ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
