  • PE License in TX OR ability to acquire same within 3 months
  • 10+ (preferably 15 or more) years of progressive experience performing engineering duties similar to those listed above with 4 of those years managing projects
  • Needs to have Project Management, Schematic Design, and Coordination of Environmental and Public Involvement Tasks.
  • Must pass a background and driver's record check
  • Experience managing staff and projects
  • A more senior individual will have experience leading and practice or running a department themselves
  • Schematics is the first 30% of roadway project/design before it gets sent off to the PS&E and construction phase
