Responsibilities
This position will work under the direction of the Senior Associate Dean for Enrollment & Finance of the Graduate School, and will help plan, make recommendations, and perform a variety of specialized functions related to operations within the Graduate Admissions and CRM software.
The position develops, plans, makes recommendations, and performs tasks within the graduate application system related to workflow, reporting, and operations.
Provides oversight and coordination with the Technical Team, Recruitment & Marketing Team, Operations, and Graduate Admissions to ensure their processes within the application system are being performed effectively.
Utilizes extensive knowledge of the application system and admissions operations to recommend additional operational processes to the Senior Associate Dean for Enrollment & Finance.
Responsible for the coordination of the implementation of above-mentioned additional operations once approved by the Senior Associate Dean for Enrollment & Finance. Ensures that the admission processing functions follow established University and Board of Governors procedures and policies.
Monitors data within the application system and data warehouse and makes recommendations to the Senior Associate Dean for Enrollment & Finance during peak processing times to increase efficiencies.
Responsible for developing reports and assessments of transfer, graduate, non-degree seeking, transient, and readmission applications submitted through the application portal.
Provides advanced administrative and technical support to departmental representatives and other University personnel, regarding internal and external college application portals (post application submission).
Provides advanced coordination to other areas of the department to develop reports, analyze and reconcile data to maximize user experience and identify potential errors specific to the college application system.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to interpret academic program requirements and provide advice.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.

Anticipated Salary Range
Anticipated starting salary in the mid to high $40,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
