Insight Global is seeking a Data Engineer to join a Fortune 10 retail pharmacy client supporting its front store data efforts. This resource should be local to Woonsocket, RI or Irving, TX to work on a hybrid model, and will work closely with business stakeholders and data science teams to provide insights and values of the data and build a solution within multiple dashboards. The right consultant will have strong SQL programming skills, the ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, present findings, and work autonomously. Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' experience as a Data Engineer within a cloud environment (Azure or GCP)
- Expert level SQL programming skills
- Proven experience working directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, build the solution, and report standings and use cases.
- Strong experience with Python reporting, docker containerization, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
- Understand the infrastructure of Snowflake.
- Excellent communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Lead role.
