Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT PM for one of our Supply Chain logistics clients. This IT PM needs to have a strong background in enterprise-wide implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
Day to Day:
- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong Strategy Development end experience with IT Enterprise Wide Implementations (IT/ Network/ Infrastructure environment)
- Experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Military Experience
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
