Job Description

Performs senior functions in Plumbing including, maintenance of sanitary systems, water lines, vacuum, medical and gas lines and outlets.

Job Responsibility

• Performs senior functions relating to the plumbing shop for various assignments throughout the facility.
• Coordinates and collaborates with other staff to assure that departmental outcomes are achieved.
• Assists management to stock shop materials and maintain a safe working environment.
• Responds in emergency situations and expedites as quickly as possible in conjunction with other trades; repairs and/or replaces any hazardous or leaking water, steam, waste piping; assists in snow removal duty.
• Reports major repairs to management.
• Maintains a safe working environment.

Job Qualification

• Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
