- Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy specifically crafted for TikTok's dynamic content environment, aiming to maximize visibility and user engagement.
- Conduct extensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and draw on market insights to shape TikTok's content strategies and SEO initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing, and engineering, to embed SEO best practices into TikTok's content development process.
- Analyze SEO performance using advanced analytics tools, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights and evolving industry trends.
- Stay at the forefront of SEO developments and algorithm updates to ensure TikTok's approach remains innovative and compliant with search engine standards.
- Lead and develop a team of SEO experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Drive projects that improve TikTok's user experience and website architecture, focusing on SEO optimization and performance.
- Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and vendors, aligning their efforts with TikTok's strategic goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of SEO experience and at least 5 years in a product management role, demonstrating a history of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and execute data-driven SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in technical SEO and in-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities, with experience in directing SEO teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated SEO strategies to diverse stakeholders.
