General Overview
Wideband is looking for a highly motivated, organized, driven and collaborative Senior Program Manager to support Telemetry product development programs. The individual will report to the General Manager of Delta Telemetry Systems (DTS) and work closely with other functional leaders in Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance departments to coordinate and manage program execution in accordance with DTS processes and procedures.
This position is to be filled onsite in Horsham, PA.

Wideband recorders capture raw signals and instrumentation data in the analog and digital domains for archival, reproduction, and analysis. A range of RF/IF signals are natively recorded and/or demodulated and the extracted digital data recorded. A wide array of standard interfaces and formats in the digital domain is supported via the modular system design that allows interface boards to be exchanged between any model recorder. All data is recorded in IRIG 106 Chapter 10/11 format onto removal RAIDs that can also be interchanged between recorders. Recorded data is faithfully reproduced with accurate timing during playback for analysis via native signal reconstruction or TMoIP over Ethernet..

Principle Duties
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new product developments
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budgets for projects and be accountable for delivering against established DTS goals/objectives
- Ensure compliance with DTS established product development processes and procedures
- Work to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce reports for managers and stakeholders
- Limited travel when needed
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience
- PMP certification is desired
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Must be a "U.S. Person", within the meaning of U.S. Regulations
- Active Security Clearance (or former)

Compensation
- Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000 annually (based on experience)
- 100% PAID COVERAGE for Medical, Dental, and Vision for the employee
