WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Become a member of our professional services team implementing cutting edge technology."Activities include meeting with customers to define and document business requirements, translating requirements to a project plan when needed, allocating resources, setting milestones and driving progress. The senior project manager will communicate effectively with the customer and the team, to ensure efficient and successful delivery of the completed implementation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A Senior Project Manager has experience in Project Management and can curate a beneficial experience of running projects end-to-end for the Product department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES A ND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for driving execution and delivery of moderately complex projects or programs from start to finish
• Demonstrates clear understanding of the program's vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps, resource level requirements
• Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with Program or project stakeholders
• Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components
• Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks
• Actively participates in process and practice improvements in the project management environment and serves as a catalyst for project management excellence
• Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with project stakeholders
• Provides management oversight, aligns and leads cross-functional and international project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value
• Identifies gaps in the project team's accountability and ownership of deliverables
• Fosters a team environment of self-organization, retrospect to learn and adapt with the goal of delivering the highest value

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 5+yrs of Proven experience in Project Management
• Experience delivering training / learning programs
• Experience conceptualizing complex information and transforming it into practical and usable knowledge content in which use cases are employed to relate concepts to specific audiences.
• Highly organized with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and content creation skills
• BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience
• CAPM / PMP Certification
• PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred
