Senior Project Manager

Cognizant is looking for a multifaceted Project Manager with experience Strong experience on leading a team and handling independent delivery of the project and experience in design and development of web applications, Program Management. The individual will work with product owners, domain experts, and product managers to craft and deliver customer value.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Understanding project (new, ongoing, upcoming) requirements, reviewing estimates
• Accountable for technical solutions for new, ongoing, upcoming projects.
• Account business development and growth.
• Accountable for project(s) delivery by defining governance model.
• Connect with each project team and ensuring all projects are on track and if there are any risks.
• PoC for client for project escalations.
• Fulfilling resource requirements for all projects.
• Involving external teams from other groups within Cognizant to get required technical support or consultation.
• Working on RFPs
• Tracking SoWs (new projects, extensions)
• Case studies from other accounts for growth in BSC.
• Accountable for Presenting monthly and quarterly review deck. Pre-review of the deck before presenting to client.
• Define technology vision for team in next 6 months
• Developing system design group (innovations, hackathons, PoCs, etc).

Key Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in design and development of web applications, Program Management.
• Strong understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong experience on leading a team and handling independent delivery of the project.

Location : Minneapolis, MN or Remote

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/27/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $72,200 - 160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
