Job Description:

Search engineer who will use cloud technologies to support and maintain enterprise search products. This role is within the Operations and Maintenance support team to monitor cloud infrastructure, search engine clusters' performance, code ETL and scripts for data management and ingest, import/export data collections, deploy large scale Solr and elasticsearch clusters, data measurement and reporting, track query response times, monitor search performance metrics, troubleshoot data processing issues, implement search logic and data algorithms for processing

•3+ years experience with Lucene customizations
•5+ years experience with Java and Python programming
•Solr, OpenSearch and Elasticsearch
•Elasticsearch plugins and ETL development
•Linux
•Splunk and Grafana
•Strong problem solving skills
•Experience with AWS preferred (ECS, Fargate, EKS, S3, Lambda)

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in Data Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Elasticsearch
• 10+ years of experience in Apache Solr
• 7-10 years of experience in OpenSearch
