What we're looking for:
  • Degree in Engineering, Planning or Related Field
  • Professional Engineer Licensure in Louisiana - or ability to get one ASAP
  • Over 12 years of progressive experience in Traffic Engineering, show casing their expertise and commitment to the field
  • Proficiency in engineering software, manuals, and methodologies crucial for execuing the projects outlined above
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they stay on track within scope, schedule, and budget

Desirable Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with 12 or more years working on projects similar to those mentioned
  • At least 5 years in a Project Management capacity
  • A knack for business development, demonstrating their ability to drive growth and success
  • Exceptional team-building, and management skills, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Familiarity with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and other modeling software, as well as, proficiency in MicroStation of other CAD software
  • TxDOT Precertification in relevant categories, showcasing their commitment to excellence in Transportation Engineering
