Job Description:
  • Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions for Corporate Compliance Programs (CCP) SharePoint Online (SPO) sites collection.
  • Conducting discovery sessions to gather requirements for SharePoint projects
  • Interview CCP teams to capture specific requirements in concise format
  • Design secure SharePoint sites and applications and overseeing their implementations
  • Develop new workflows and coding to support business objectives of SharePoint Online
  • Provide quality assurance review of engagement processes and deliverables
  • Coordinate with CCP teams to integrate with workgroup/customer technology (e.g., testing, documentation, user expectations)
  • Maintain/sustain existing SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
  • Providing ongoing support and fixing SharePoint site issues as they arise
  • Writing and modifying code to build SharePoint sites, interfaces, and workflows based on CCP team requirements
  • Understanding of customer workflows and to drive efficiencies through optimization and automation
  • Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management

Required Skills:
  • 4 years of experience in Demonstrated performance in SharePoint development as well as hands on experience mapping technical requirements into workflows.
  • 4 years of experience in Power platform development - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • 4 years of experience in implementing Power Platform solutions in SharePoint and Teams
  • 4 years of experience in business requirements elicitation, functional and process design, software testing, end-user training, small- to mid-size project management and general support.
  • 4 years of experience in Self-starter with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
  • 4 years of experience in Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users

Preferred Skills:
  • 1 year of experience in Certifications: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Developer, SharePoint, Architect, or Power Apps, and/or Cloud
  • 1 year of experience with utility, energy, or municipality customers
