Job Description

General Summary
The service technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing Stihl equipment in an orderly and timely fashion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Customer Service
•
Analyze equipment for customer. (Follow Stihl's analysis guidelines)
•
Repair equipment as needed.
•
Communicate deficiencies back to service manager.
•
Perform warranty work as needed.

Other Essential Requirements
The ability to work M-F, 8am to 5pm.

Education/Training
High School or GED equivalent.

Experience
Previous Stihl equipment repair desired but not required. A general ability to work with machinery and small engines is a must.

Physical Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs).
