OhioMHAS operates regional psychiatric hospitals in six locations across the state that operate 365/24/7. Our specialized facilities provide short-term, intensive treatment to patients in both inpatient and community-supported environments. We also deliver comprehensive care to patients committed by criminal courts.
We are accepting applications for a full-time permanent Social Worker 1 within the Social Work Department, headquartered at Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare, 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43223.

What You'll Do:
Primary:
• Develops and Implements Treatment Plans for psychiatric patients
• Participates in developing treatment interventions to be responsive to client's progress
• Maintains documentation to satisfy Federal, State, and Local agencies and accrediting bodies
• Ensures Continuance of Care plans are established and linkage to community treatment facilities completed
You must possess a valid, current LSW in order to qualify for this position.

Requires current license as social worker (i.e., LSW) as issued by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board in accordance with ORC 4757.28. Pursuant to ORC 4757.41 (A)(5) any person engaging in social work or professional counseling as a civil service employee as defined in section 124.01 of the Revised Code who has at least two years of service as of July 10, 2014 is exempt from current licensure as social worker (i.e. LSW) requirement.
