Job Duties: Work with complex electro-mechanical systems to deploy new software releases and run test protocols on the system. Measure software product quality and performance throughout the software development lifecycle. Handle highly complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. Apply knowledge of applications and application testing in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Analyze application-specific software and perform ambiguity reviews of business requirements and technical functional specification documents. Work with development teams to understand and review technical design to devise effective test strategies. Perform thorough review of test plans/test protocols, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. Create test automation scripts in Python. Collaborate with the software team and other collaborators to improve test infrastructure, data collection, and data analysis.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Test Engineer-related occupation.
