SAIC has an opening for a Software Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to support the United States Space Force National Test and Training Center - Digital develop, implement, and document test procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Perform functional, performance, security and regression testing in an M&S Framework software environment
• Recommend procedure adjustments that will overcome minor software issues until they are corrected
• Analyze system requirement documents and develop test cases that will isolate and illuminate those requirements in the system's software
• Create problem reports and technical letters for the reporting of software issues
• Working in an Agile development environment
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide oversite and guidance

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Experience working with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in Test Engineering execution and development across the software stack

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

• Must have a current Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
• Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
