Global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.
E-Commerce's Governance Platform is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality to drive improvement.
Our Data Strategy Solution Architect is responsible for using Data Analysis and Machine Learning technologies to support and optimize the governance mechanism of the platform. This includes but is not limited to combating fraud, improving User Experience, optimizing product strategies, etc., working closely with the cross-functional team, discovering business opportunities, supporting business decisions through data, and promoting the implementation of data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient Data Analysis and Machine Learning models to identify, predict, and prevent fraud and other bad behavior on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze user behavior data to provide data support and strategic recommendations for improving User Experience and increasing Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Collaborate with products, operations and other departments to propose and implement solutions to optimize e-commerce Platform Governance strategies based on Data Analysis results.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies, continuously optimize models and strategies, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Prepare and present analytical reports to share insights and recommendations with management and relevant teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification :
- Proficient in Python, R, or other Data Analysis programming languages, proficient in using SQL.
- Familiar with commonly used Data Analysis and Machine Learning tools and libraries (such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Possess good skills in data lake visualization, proficient in using tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong logical thinking ability, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess good English reading, writing, and business communication skills
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with a background in Data Analysis/Data Science in e-commerce platforms, financial technology, or related fields.
- Experience in handling large-scale datasets.
- Experience in E-commerce Platform Governance, Risk Management or user behavior analysis.
- Have a deep understanding of the business processes and challenges in the e-commerce industry.
