Your Role and Responsibilities
The Civil Engineer Control Systems Consultant shall serve as a technical advisor to provide oversight and policy guidance to enable mission assurance and resilience of critical infrastructure through effective cybersecurity risk management across the Air Force Civil Engineer enterprise. They shall plan, analyze, develop, document, track, present, and implement government-approved policy and technical solutions to maintain cybersecurity for AF control systems, operational technology, and IT-enabled infrastructure. Must have knowledge to author and implement strategies, roadmaps, policies and technical guidance.

Introduction
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Security clearance: Active DoD Secret and NATO Secret eligible
• Knowledge in Air Force Civil Engineer career fields and mission (5+ years)
• Strategy/policy/governance and oversight knowledge skills and abilities
• Civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or facilities management degree
• Ability to self-teach new technical and non-technical concepts

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Direct cybersecurity or control systems working experience (security controls, assessments, architecture, networking, etc.)
• Industry Information Assurance certification (A+, Security+, CCNA, CISSP, etc.)
• Security clearance: DoD Top Secret (SCI eligible) and NATO Secret eligible
• Strong aptitude to deconstruct, tackle, and communicate complex problems
• Knowledge of Control Systems/Operational Technology, Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), Internet of Things (IoT), Risk Management Framework, cyber hygiene, and cybersecurity
