Senior DevOps Engineer

Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior DevOps Engineer. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop API using Python API.

• Develop and Implement CI/CD solution.

• Implement Containerization using Docker.

• Setup and maintain AWS infrastructure.

• Design & Develop Scripts & Templates for IAC.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of working experience in Python programming and API development, with a preference for experience in FAST API.

• 2-5 years of experience in managing Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and Helm.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing AWS cloud services

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Terraform or similar IAC technologies.

• Must be a team player, capable of efficient collaboration with peers.

• Must be dedicated, punctual, and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.

• They should also possess the ability to deliver on PI objectives in a timely manner.

• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools and processes, as well as version control using Git/Bitbucket, is required.

• Knowledge of front-end JS libraries such as ReactJS or similar. Experience in ReactJS will be a plus.

• AWS Solutions Architect Certification or a similar level certification is preferred.
