Position Overview:
This position collaborates closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute diverse marketing campaigns across paid search, display, digital, social, and traditional channels. The incumbent drives top-of-the-funnel and mid-funnel initiatives, aiming to increase website traffic and lead generation across various business units within Compeer.

Essential Functions:
  • Develops comprehensive digital media plans for paid search, remarketing, display, programmatic, native, radio, local TV and OOH advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  • Executes media buys across various digital channels, including but not limited to display, programmatic, social, search, and video. Negotiates rates, secures placements, and ensures campaigns are launched on schedule.
  • Analyzes target audience insights, market trends, and media landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, marketing operations, content, and analytics, to ensure a cohesive and effective media strategy.
  • Develops, maintains and grows partnerships with media collaborators, digital marketing and other third-party vendors in order to stay informed and facilitate productive discussions to drive digital performance.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essentials functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 7 years proven experience in media planning, with a focus on paid search, SEO, display, social and traditional media.
  • Advanced hands-on experience in digital media strategy (including management of paid search, display, remarketing and social campaigns).
  • Advanced experience of successfully managing multi-million-dollar digital marketing budgets.
  • Advanced experience with traditional media and integrating traditional media components into digital media campaigns to enhance visibility in targeted markets.
  • Ability to dive into accounts and find opportunities for performance improvement to maximize ROI via ongoing optimization and can clearly communicate those optimizations and results to a broad audience.
  • Ability to form digital strategy across channels to achieve key business priorities, marketing targets, performance goals, and KPIs.
  • Advanced experience utilizing marketing technology tools, including Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, SEM Rush and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and possesses advanced computer skills.
  • Analytically inclined, proficient in interpreting data and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing business needs and risk considerations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license.
