The Opportunity

You will be responsible for process improvement, change management, and, technology projects and roadmaps for the Upsell and Cross Selling Team supporting Qurate Retail Group. You will report to the Director, Upsell & Cross-Sell, and will work hybrid with occasional travel.

Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments including Customer Service, Finance, and Technology, using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis, the emphasis is on continuous process improvement and promoting a culture of innovation. Additionally, you will participate in leadership, analyze KPIs, and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration.

Your Impact

• You will provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales and process simplification.
• Identify the most efficient methods that ensure the highest possible productivity..
• Develop labor standards for documented methods and procedures. Share best practices between teams and ensure consistency across all sites.
• Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and safety.
• Help implement corporate projects. Create and own tech roadmap.

What You Bring

• A BS degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related disciple is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or MS, preferred.
• Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified
• Lean or Six Sigma training
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed above.
