Join our dynamic team as our next Sr Staff Spec Global Procurement - Procurement Mobility Services.

Job description:

In your new role you will:
  • Support the Implementation of global mobility (travel management covering entire process booking, payment, expense) program strategy to all sites in US, Canada and Mexico with strong focus on global standards and harmonization; alignment and coordination across the sites.
  • Utilize market intelligence to build resilient supply chains (incl. managing supply crises & recovery) and optimize the TCO.
  • Ensure operational stability by providing suitable support structures and working cross-functionally (with HR, FI) within the company
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of travel process following global travel rule. Being author of supplementing local travel rule
  • Independent management of stakeholder needs using appropriate solutions and various communication channels
  • Apply best in class procurement methods, e.g. benchmarking, design for sourcing, to enable comprehensive value analysis.
  • Project work within functional responsibility e.g. implementation of TM structures balancing central and local requirements


Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • University degree or equivalent preferably in economics/BA or engineering with advanced level of BA knowledge
  • 6+ years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in mobility related processes, e.g., travel booking and expenses; SAP ERP (FIN and HR) or similar
  • State-of-the-art knowledge of specific IT tools of own field of activity (Concur)
  • Knowledge of legal aspects (US), esp. travel/payment related and understanding of the travel industry with its mechanisms and knowledge about of its products with specific focus on the Americas Region
  • Experience in process design and improvement with strong direction for standardization/ harmonization, with analytical thinking to understand interdependencies
  • Work internationally in cross-functional teams
  • Highly persuasive and assertive to win peoples' active support for strategic/organizational advancement/ change management
