A fortune 500 client of Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer/Researcher to join their team. This team is a team of 8 UX Designers in the Supply Chain line of business specifically within the DFC (distribution fulfillment center). This individual will be working alongside 1 other UX Designer and a UX Researcher to help improve the overall experience in the DFC locations- this could include but is not limited to improving legacy software, floor layouts, etc. This position will be 50% Design and 50% research focused. This team is more solution focused in terms of design rather than the latest and greatest visual/graphic design components. This team is looking for someone who is a great communicator with a variety of different client types, someone who is eager to learn and advance their career, and someone who is a team player. They are looking for someone who can wrangle stakeholders and make sure that intent and timelines are well defined.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of UX experience

o 40% Research/ 50% design
- Ability to work on large projects and multiple projects at a time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/experince working in an enterprise level environment
- Ability to drive conversation, deal with difficult stakeholders, and be persistent
- Experience with Miro and Figma tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Solution orientation type person- someone who can see beyond the tactical
- Degree in Human Centered Design or another UX focused degree
- Retail experience
- supply chain experience
