Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accounts payable across 8 locations
• Prepare weekly check runs
• Manage month-end close and assist with yearly audits
• Reconcile bank accounts, post journal entries and manage prepaid accounts
• Responsible for sales tax filling

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Compliance:
• Background check and drug screen
