Responsibilities:

• Assist with bank reconciliations and saving files.
• Intercompany allocations and reconciliations (Must)
• Record payroll reports into the accounting system, and accruals
• General ledger entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close preparation of filings and reports.
• Support the team with special projects as needed.
• Maintaining of A/R Reconciliations
• Support with Accounts Payable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields - Required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting system. (Big Plus)
• Advanced Excel skills (V-LOOUP'S and Pivot Tables)
• Team Player
• Detail oriented
