The Student Office Assistant for Online Operations at Liberty Law will assist the Associate Dean of Assessment and Operations with various administrative tasks and projects. During the school year, the Student Assistant will work specifically on data collection, data digitization and management, and other projects to support Liberty Law's Assessment efforts and online operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Document management and digitization
  • Research to obtain data; data entry
  • Literature Review
  • Engage in ongoing communication with the Associate Dean and the Online Faculty Support Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
  • Current enrollment in Liberty University
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously of a routine and complex nature
  • Strong ability to work with and learn a variety of computer systems; data management and digitization experience is a plus.

  • Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
  • Regularly lift 10 or fewer pounds.


WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment

The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted and the noise level is moderate.
Driving Requirements

Use of one's personal vehicle may be required for travel in the performance of the essential functions of this position. Proof of a valid Virginia driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, and liability insurance is required.
