The Supply Chain Analyst will serve as an analyst supporting the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. They will serve as a consultant functioning in the capacity of a subject matter expert on the Army’s ERP and provide integrated financial management support services for internal and external customers. Typical responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The Supply Chain Analyst will serve as an analyst supporting the Army’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. They will serve as a consultant functioning in the capacity of a subject matter expert on the Army’s ERP and provide integrated financial management support services for internal and external customers. Typical responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provide primary, mission-critical support to the Audit / Accounting Cell executing Army procurement funding for several on-site Picatinny program management offices,
- Provide end user support to include delivery of system training to the various program management offices.
- Maintain awareness of changes to LMP system and assesses impact.
- Provide LMP and GFEBS support to include assisting with entry and updating purchase requisitions; account administrative duties and maintain an understanding of interfacing systems.
- Process Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPRs) and procurement request order numbers (PRON)
- Evaluate processes to identify and provide solutions for reporting and transactional efficiency.
- Generate financial reports.
- Create funding documents for Ammo Hardware, Service-on-Hardware, and Services in LMP (1095s) for PADDS Contracts (ACCs), aligning funding to logistic orders (Joint Munitions Command (JMC) 710-2 document process), and the creation of funding documents in GFEBS.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited University
- 5-12 years’ experience in spending chain with the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), GFEBs or another DoD ERP
- Experience conducting training.
- Military experience preferred.
- Must have worked in the US for the past 2 years.
- Familiarity with Government contracting writing systems, e.g., PADDS, PD2, GCSS-A
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Public Trust clearance
