Description

Ensure fulfillment of Districtwide technology device orders for students and staff. Responsible for daily repair and warranty processing as well as assisting with the preparation, execution and management of all device deployment projects districtwide.

  • Fulfill daily device and peripheral orders received from ServiceNow application.
  • Receive, quality check, and account for all received device shipments.
  • Maintain daily inventory of all deployed and incoming devices and peripherals.
  • Data wipe, reimage, disinfect and clean all returned devices and peripherals (Windows, Chrome OS, macOS, iPadOS).
  • Enroll all devices into applicable database for tracking.
  • Reset and configure devices for students and teachers.
  • Assess and repair district devices and properly dispose of all non-repairable district devices.
  • Process device warranty repairs.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of district technology parts room.
  • Perform and manage all onsite district device deployment.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, including Cybersecurity, MDM, Shipping and Receiving, Asset Management, Applications, Network Services as needed to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency)
  • A+ and ITIL V3 Certification preferred.
  • One year of experience in technical.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and Google sheets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS, IOS, Chrome OS, Google Applications for Education.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving operating system and software issues, and technology hardware failures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of audio visual devices preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
