Job Description:

4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Required Skills:

• 5 Years of Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• 4 Years of Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions.
• 4 Years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience

Preferred Skills:

• 2 Years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
• 2 Years of Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
• 2 Years of Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project
• 2 Years of Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
• 2 Years of experience in Agile development and sprint planning
• 1 Year of experience building chatbots and using AI Builder within PowerApps and Power Automate
• 1 Year of experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor
• 1 Year of Good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses
• 1 Year of Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
• 1 Year of Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals
