T2 Production Support OMS Consultant

Rate: $60/hr C2C

Location: Must sit in Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

For production support T2 resources, we expect them to be available for their oncall schedule (only in case of issues). Also T2 is second line of defense, after T1 only. The oncall plan is set way in advance. Can you please talk to the resources and make sure they are aligned with project needs?

We need someone who has hands-on experience with OMS application (Tier 2 Productions Support Environment) which includes below topics.

1) Order fulfillment
2) Global inventory visibility
3) Reverse logistics
4) Supply collaboration
5) OMS API's
6) OMS agents and services

• Sterling OMS production support experience
• Strong SQL DB2 experience
• Java, Xml experience
• Ability to be flexible in a changing environment
• Proactive communicator
• Splunk (preferred)
• GCP experience (preferred)
