The essential responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 will report to Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices in the design and implementation of the overall departmental recruiting strategy. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 will provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to present to the rest of the team/ organization. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc., while acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships, both internal/ external, during the selection process to promote the company's reputation as a best place to work. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 will conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, while provide other support, as needed. Assist talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check and offer letter process. Additionally, assist with job fairs and college recruiting events. Assist with MS Outlook meeting calendar and scheduling for team members. Perform duties as required.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 role, you must:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or High School Diploma with 8-10 years of recruitment experience. -Experience in social media. -Proficiency with MS Office Suite, in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trend. -Must successfully complete Lopez Assessment Certification within 90-day period. -Must have computer software skills in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Bilingual and be able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently preferred. -Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence.
Physical Working Conditions:
Works inside majority of time. Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities.
