About the role:
As a Technical Recruiter for TQL, you'll partner with our IT team to grow and mature the organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process and consult with the department on how to approach their staffing needs. In this role you will have high visibility to your customers and function as a talent champion contributing to the growth of the TQL Technology Team.

What you'll be doing:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process - souring, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Work with leadership to develop an understanding of the job duties, responsibilities, and required/desired skills
- Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure both a technical and team fit
- Facilitate onsite hiring manager interviews
- Partner with business leaders to influence hiring decisions based on market knowledge and supporting data
What you need:
- 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced corporate or staffing agency environment
- Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating technical opportunities
- Ability to manage a consistent req load across multiple IT business units
- Strong business acumen and a positive attitude
