In the role of Technical Writer you will generate and edit technical documentation for IT Services compliant with NIST SP 800-121, NISP Sp 800-53 amd DFARS of an existing document. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Generate and edit technical comprehensive documentation that meets regulatory requirements, optimizing content organization and ensuring consistency in tone and presentation.
• Ensure documentation in quality and compliance with NIST SP 800-121, NIST SP 800-53 and DFARS regulatory requirements.
• Manage meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather information and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
• Document the IT environment architecture and its evolutions.
• Participate in the definition of IT procedures.
• Research, analyze and interpret policies and procedures already existing.
• Ensure timely delivery of all required documentation.
• Manage the handover of the documentation and new processes with the IT team.
• Works with the project manager to share the progress and constraints on a recurrent basis.
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
• Regular, predictable attendance is required;
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical writing role with a focus on regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of success..
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience with NIST SP 800-171, NIST 800-53 and DFARS regulatory compliance obligations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Commute at least three days per week due to in-person meetings. Additional in-person support may be required.
• Able to read documents written in French - preferred
