The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our continued growth and expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for global seller monitoring and performance dashboards and key metrics to diagnose and solve problems across the seller lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze data and trends to recommend policy, process, and product improvements.
- Conduct global wise research for seller policies, from hypothesis generation, gathering and analysing large datasets to draw out key insights, to conducting interviews/ surveys with sellers.
- Establish SNL global operation monitoring, early warning indicator, emergency response, linkage mechanism, feedback data system, and supporting processes.
- Establish evaluation, verification, and improvement mechanisms for SNL automation capabilities (products, models, data lake visualization, etc.), establish global standards, and achieve closed-loop management.
- Establish insights and research into competitive product, third-party, government, web portals, and industry ecosystems. Seize key insights and form improvement opportunities, to promote the development and upgrading of SNL's overall operational capabilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 5 years of hands on and in-depth experience in e-commerce governance and implementation, or online operations and escalation environment, or research.
- Strong ability to analyze, manipulate, and identify insights from quantitative and qualitative data. Data interpretation is required in this role. Experience with analytical tools (like Excel or SQL) is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical-thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with different cross-functional regional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.
