Job Title: UX Designer - Workplace Tech Customer Experience

Department Overview: The Workplace Tech Customer Experience (CX) department leads the integration of employee technology across the enterprise to provide an exceptional technology experience. We listen to our internal customers to understand their technology experiences, design EPIC solutions that integrate tech services, and communicate and engage tech improvements across the company. Within Workplace Tech CX, the CX Strategy & Integration team is accountable for creating and driving our formal CX strategy and integrating customer experiences across service lines. Role Focus: The candidate will focus on the Use Tech experience, specifically identifying which experiences are within scope, designing frameworks and templates for Knowledge-Based Articles, and validating outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test frameworks for Use Tech, including identifying customer touchpoints, mapping integrated customer journeys, and designing experience scope and templates for an upcoming ServiceNow launch.
• Collaborate with the larger Tech CX team in knowledge sharing, review sessions, and leveraging the team's design, communication, and engagement capabilities.
• Utilize design knowledge to impact and contribute to the IT workplace customer experience.

Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design Methodology and Design Thinking
• Proficiency in UX Design and User Research tools, measurements, and models
• Previous experience in an Agile environment

Education Required:

• Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work pattern with occasional in-person collaboration opportunities
• 11-week assignment duration

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
