Beechnut Animal Hospital is a quickly progressing hospital that is looking for the right person to help us achieve our vision. Expected skill set:

• Professional communication with clients and fellow teammates. Examples of tasks requiring this skill: receive and properly address incoming phone calls, relay client information, thoroughly document in patient's records.
• Proficiency with navigating various computer platforms (Avimark, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite).
• Provide top-notch customer service on the phone and in person, utilizing emotional intelligence and strong communication.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in the face of high pressure situations.
• Preserve cleanliness and order of the lobby and reception area.
• Oversee financial transactions and reports to ensure balanced sheets while handling cash, checks, various credit cards and Care Credit.
• Excel in client education and patient advocacy with the passion to grow one's knowledge base.
