TK Elevator is currently seeking a Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and integration of all M&A activities across the Americas region. You will work closely with the senior management team to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, negotiate transactions, and ensure successful integration post-acquisition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a clear M&A strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives in the Americas. Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Deal Execution: Lead all aspects of deal execution from initial contact to negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration. Coordinate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes to assess the financial, operational, and strategic fit of potential acquisition targets.
  • Integration: Lead the post-acquisition integration process to ensure that the acquired companies are successfully incorporated into TK Elevator's business model and culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with all key internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, senior management, investors, and advisors.
  • Team Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a high-performing M&A team. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure professional growth and achievement of departmental goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging markets, technologies, and potential M&A opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with M&A transactions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or a related field, with a significant portion of this experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing and integrating complex M&A transactions.
