The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, through individual contribution and team leadership, will be responsible for the development of monthly operating, capital and cash flow forecasts, the annual budget process, long range 10-year planning modeling, and Oracle Planning application management. This role will support executive leadership to track, analyze and make recommendations regarding key metrics for the business, as well as financial modeling to help inform business strategy and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivates strategy and weighs in on decisions regarding the development and application of projection tools to ensure support of the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Engages his/her team and key stakeholders within the business to provide accuracy in short- and long-term projections across all lines of business.
  • Leads and directs his/her department in short term and long-term strategic tasks to accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives. Recruits, selects, hires, trains and develops top talent that can serve the business.
  • Ensures consistent, timely quarterly deliverables, including but not limited to quarterly business reviews, Board presentations, and Earnings Call Support
  • Capable of presenting complex financial materials to a broad range of leadership, both internal and external
  • Engages on a regular basis with leadership of Information Management & Analytics, Corporate Accounting and Business Operations to ensure constant coordination.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Public company finance experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in positions of increased responsibility in finance or business operations.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of management experience with professional level direct reports.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Director level experience.
