We are currently looking for a Full Time Video Production Specialist to join our Health Branding Video Production team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:

Coordinates video and audio production projects as defined by Senior Broadcast Producer. The specialist makes sure all functions of the assigned project are working correctly and what is being produced coincides with the approved script or project concept. Assists with script writing and project development. Assists with Video production, audio production, post production and advertising campaigns for Chickasaw Nation Commerce Tribal and Commercial Health properties.

Responsibilities:
* Photograph and video events, interviews, b-roll and other projects and events
* Assists with set up and recording of audio productions
* Maintains equipment and orderly workspace/service zone
* Assists Creative Director as needed
* Prepares and maintains assets lists for projects; extracts necessary information from scripts and compiles in agreed layout
* Transports crew and equipment to and from production locations
* Edits assigned video and audio projects and completed approval process
* Logging and metadate input of raw footage captured in studio and in filmed for the video server
* Maintains production schedules
* Coordinated shooting schedule with talents and clients
* Assist with the design and development of production material, and other design products as needed
* Works with the Multimedia Designer to create graphic needed for Video Production Edits
* Assists with directing of audio recordings, video and photo shoots when necessary; attend sessions, provide scripts, and advise on style and quality
* Maintains project timelines and updates to the Sr. Broadcast Producer
* All other duties as assigned

Experience:

* 3 years directly related experience

Education:
Essential:
* High School, GED or Equivalent

Nonessential:
* Bachelors Degree in directly related field
* Associates Degree in directly related field

Credentials:
Essential:
* Pass general background check
* Standard Driver's License

Nonessential:
* Tech Certificates such as specific Audio Visual software

Essential:
* And receive HIPPA Training
