Our global wealth and asset manager, is looking for a VP of Integration Developer to work out of NYC, Miami or Delaware offices. Client has around 400 employees and assets under advisement of $69 billion with access to substantial capital for further investments.

The Integration Developer will manage the strategy and implementation of digital transformation on behalf of legacy business units and new teams / acquisitions. The candidate will leverage offshore team members to integrate systems and data, as well as drive digital transformation efforts across the division.
Job Responsibilities
* Design and develop integration solutions using Python and other relevant technologies, focusing on the consolidation and integration of systems and data, in particular post-M&A.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and analyse the integration requirements of potential and completed acquisitions, ensuring that systems are merged efficiently and data integrity is maintained.
* Develop, test, and maintain APIs, middleware, and other integration solutions to connect disparate systems within the wealth management ecosystem, focusing on harmonizing and consolidating systems.
* Lead all data mapping, migration, and transformation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system integration and data consolidation, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining the integrity and security of data.
* Monitor the performance of integrated systems, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualifications
* 6 years plus experience years of experience leading digital transformation implementations for financial services businesses that have migrated from legacy technologies to cloud technologies
* Technical skills to assist with digital transformation, including experience working with REST APIs, Python, SQL, PowerBI, Databricks
* Addepar a considerable bonus
* Databricks a considerable bonus

* Ability to think commercially and identify risks
* Experience working with an Agile DevOps framework a considerable bonus.
