Position Overview:

This is for a newly launching major premium experiences and hospitality program. As the Vice President of Sales Operations for you'd be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the sales process within the organization. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Partner with head of Sales and Revenue and Finance to ensure all financial goals are clearly communicated and reviewed on a regular basis for business recap, adjusting of strategy, and payment of incentives.
  • Lead the planning for all incentive and commission payments in partnership with Sales Management, Finance, and project leadership. Monitor to ensure prompt and accurate communication and payment.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyzing and refining the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This will involve implementing sales automation tools, refining lead generation processes, and optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. You'd be responsible for providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Sales Training and Development: Developing and delivering sales training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This might include training on product knowledge, sales systems and all ways to optimize.
  • Sales Operations Team Management: Providing leadership and direction to the sales operations team, including setting expectations, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Overseeing the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with other departments such as marketing, business operations, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in business optimization specializing in the functionality of a Sales team.
  • 7+ years working with a business/Sales Team that has a revenue in the billions
  • Experience working within an international sales team
  • Highly organized with the ability to map and gain consensus on processes.
  • Stakeholder relationship building
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Experience with Salesforce highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the interworking's of a global team

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$150,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$200,000 annually
