Level Three - Level three welders work without supervision, level 3 welders provide leadership to level one and two welders. They will demonstrate the ability to read blue prints to weld and fabricate items of advanced complexity and various material types and thicknesses in and out of position. 10+ YOE

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• GMAW (Mig),
• SMAW (Stick & Flux Core),
• GTAW (TIG),
• saws,
• brakes
• Intermediate TIG welding operations
• Support Level 1 Welders

Required Skills:

• Intermediate-advanced print reading
• Intermediate-advanced shop math

Required Experience:

• Typically 10+ years

Level of Education:

• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required
• Preferred AWS certified.
