The role of Microsoft 365 Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams Administrator/Developer is to develop, implement, support, and document solutions for internal customers & clients within the entire organization. This will be completed across platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams solutions. Meet with the team members weekly/daily to discuss/document current and planned activities discuss/document risks and/or issues, and report progress across all administrative and development efforts. An added plus would be familiarity with basic Windows server operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* Working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps -- Model driven and Canvas apps, Power Automate and Power BI)

* Sharepoint Administration

* MS Dynamics 365 administration and support

* SharePoint Development Experience

* Working experience with Microsoft (Office) 365 Suite

* Working experience with Microsoft Teams

* Working experience with SPFx

* Good soft skills and customer focused mindset

Responsibilities:

* Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), SharePoint and MS Teams.

* Support existing MS Dynamics 365 environments.

* Meet with the team members weekly/daily to discuss/document current and planned activities, discuss/document risks and/or issues, and report progress across all development efforts

* Perform internal testing and User Acceptance Training (UAT)

* Develop and troubleshoot on SharePoint Online

* Streamline business processes through the development of custom Power Apps and Power Automate flows.

* Secure and manage data governance across Microsoft 365 Online and associated Windows server-based Enterprise Application Solutions.

* Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring performance measures, change management in a multi-platform environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with basic Windows server operations.
