- Project is to support setting up Amazon Connect related infrastructure to support 100-300 agents in the Philippines.
- Understanding of Amazon Connect, general network infrastructure and VDI understanding to assist getting the connectivity setup and support.
- Working with US Bank internal team to help direct requirements needed and troubleshoot issues between US based Amazon Connect service and agents in the Philippines.
- The team has technical resources to do the work at ground floor, but this resource will be a higher level and consulting on initiatives
- Adding additional offshore agents through Amazon Connect
- Split CCP; uses two separate paths to connect calls and Network products
Must Haves:
- Agile experience (work will be done through Scrums)
- Comes from a previous technical background or doing Connect implementation previously
- Great communication skills
The above skills are required plus:
- 2 years+ Amazon Connect and supplemental services (Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB)
- Not needing design or call flow experience
- More so connectivity and driving the environment knowledge for Amazon Connect
- 2 years+ Network Infrastructure and VDI understanding/troubleshooting
Nice to Have:
- Ability to troubleshoot Enterprise networks/VDI - this is a STRONG nice to have
- Architecture background could be beneficial
- AWS certification or practitioner is desired, not required
