Responsibilities: •Drive agile best practices with team members, regular ceremony cadence, healthy backlog, testable stories, etc. •Provides day-to-day administrative direction and oversight of key technology/information systems and general support activities •Exemplify the team's culture of continuous improvement through research, retrospectives, discussion groups, and code reviews •Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events •Ability to recognize healthy team dynamics and know how to coach and grow a high-performing team •Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team Qualifications: • Prior experience on a scrum team & applying Agile principles. • Experience leading teams of full stack development, BSAs, and Testers. • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict • Ability to successfully coach and lead team members in Agile Software Development techniques • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction • CSM certification(s) and prior experience on a data focused team are a plus • Experience leading teams in a scaled agile environment, where there are more than one scrum team working on the same product/project. • Experience leading teams whose member are onsite, offsite, and offshore
