Description:

EOE IT is seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence Team. This role will primarily involve engaging in business analysis activities to gather requirements, analyze processes, and define solutions (60 percent), with a secondary focus on quality assurance to ensure the delivery of highquality products and services (40 percent). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business analysis and quality assurance methodologies, with experience in wireframing (visual representation, UX design, iterative design, and prototyping) a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with product owners and other business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, use cases, and business rules in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Assist in the development of wireframes and prototypes.
• Log and manage tasks, user stories, and defects in Jira.
• Work closely with the EOE IT Salesforce Center of Excellence architect and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure quality assurance in Salesforce applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with the EOE IT Salesforce Center of Excellence architect and developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
• Perform usability testing to ensure user interface designs meet user needs.
• Document and track defects and participate in defect triage meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies across EOE IT.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment where empathy for and responsiveness to business stakeholders is key.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce as either an administrator or developer.
• Proven experience (5 years or more) in business analysis and quality assurance roles.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
•Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement prioritization.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, with experience in creating test plans, test cases, and executing tests within Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-specific testing tools and processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration options, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder. Ability to customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements without code.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, data migration processes, and data integrity best practices.
•Experience in data cleansing, data loading, and managing data relationships within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware platforms for integrating Salesforce with other systems such as ERP, marketing automation, or legacy systems
