To support faculty and staff administratively, ensuring the efficient operation of the Student Success Center in line with university standards. The role includes serving as the primary front desk operator, answering questions, triaging walk-ins, calls, and emails, utilizing and maintaining scheduling technology, and managing materials and resources such as forms. Additionally, the position leads and directs the main office's wage/hourly and work-study staff and supports budget management and reporting. This position reports to the Director of Academic Advising.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain meticulous records.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and track budget expenditures.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Several years of experience in an office setting.
• Experience facilitating cross-channel feedback through multiple communication channels such as email, social media, and surveys from customers, employees, and management.
• Ability and commitment to work with and support a variety of people in a large office setting, across different locations, including students and external constituents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with a diverse group of people including administrators, faculty, staff, students, and external constituents.
• Proven ability to cultivate positive working relationships, foster teamwork, and support collaboration.
• Experience in student support, records management, inventory controls.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and program requirements.
