Department: Purchasing

Reports to: Director of Purchasing

Term: 12 month position

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Position Summary:

Ensures that materials required to maintain and operate the school district are received, stored, and delivered in a timely manner.

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to operate material handling equipment such as fork lifts, pallet jacks, and trucks up to one ton capacity.
• One-year experience in warehouse purchasing operation preferred.
• Two years' experience in receiving, shipping and stock control methods preferred.
• Experience in handling materials of one or more skilled trade, i.e., electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, automotive, etc. preferred.

Licensing/Certification Requirements:

• Valid Arizona C.D.L. driver's license or capable of passing C.D.L. requirements.
