Schedule: 7am-8pm CST M-Fri. (8hr shift between these hours) *Equipment Provided*

Must live in Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving Area to be considered.

Job Duties:

• Answer inbound calls from patients and may make some outbound calls.
• Be the first point of contacts.
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
• Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients.
• Heavy data entry

Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have active high speed internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
• Must have access to the modem.
• HS Diploma/Equivalent.
• Be a positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.
• Must live in Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving Area to be considered.
